KCIA is governed by a 17-member Board of Directors, led by a team of six officers, and also has in place a large Advisory Council which is advisory to the Board and Officers made up of a diverse group of men and women leaders from the nations and the Seven Mountains of Culture.

Dr. Bruce Cook - Chairman
Bruce Cook is an apostle, prophet, local church elder, entrepreneur, investor, author, publisher, speaker, singer and songwriter, conference convener, husband, father, and grandfather who lives in Lakebay, Washington. His business resume includes significant experience in private equity investments, business development, marketing, corporate communications, branding, media relations, advertising, business consulting, and fundraising. He is the President and Founder of VentureAdvisers.com Inc., Kingdom Economic Yearly Summit (KEYS), KEYS Network, Kingdom House Publishing, and Glory Realm Ministries. In addition, he is a director or trustee of WorkLife, The Glory House Ministries, Indigenous People’s Foundation, First State Manufacturing LLC, Gig Harbor Family Church, and NACC.
Dr. Bruce Cook earned a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994. His doctoral dissertation, entitled Courting Philanthropy, the Role of University Chancellors and Presidents in Fundraising, provided pioneering data and theoretical models on the role of university presidents and chancellors and non-profit executives in fundraising. Dr. Cook has published several articles in national trade magazines and scholarly journals including, The Psychology of Investing, Surveying the Major Gifts Literature, and Toward a Theory of Fundraising in Higher Education. He is also the co-recipient of the 1998 Grenzebach Award for Outstanding Published Scholarship on Fundraising from the Council on Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) in Washington, DC. He was awarded a Th.D. in 2012.

John Anderson brings more than 40 years of solid business experience to each client engagement and board assignment. An accomplished consultant, his recent assignments included the creation of Strategic Business Plans for ventures in the Pharmaceutical, Algae Culture, Water Treatment, Shrimp Farming, Road Construction, Equipment Manufacturing, Social Media, Media Distribution, and Counter-terrorism spaces. An accomplished executive, John Anderson has served as CEO or COO in ventures ranging from global asset tracking, intelligent video analytics, energy management, electronic commerce, cargo security, to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. In each of these firms, he played a key role in framing and prosecuting the company's intellectual property strategy.
Prior to the entrepreneurial ventures featured above, Mr. Anderson was a turnaround executive for global ventures including Ashland Oil, May Department Stores, Sprint Communications, and the Weyerhaeuser Company. During these assignments, he was a customer industry advisor to the IBM Company, Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computer, Digital Equipment Corporation and Tandem Computer and a strategy advisor to the governor of Kansas.
Mr. Anderson is Founder and Executive Chairman of Global Development Partners [GDP]. He serves as a director of Erudite Inc., WM Moss Jr. Corporation, Silverstone Pharamceuticals, and Cylliance Corporation. He also serves as director or advisor to not-for-profit groups including NET Ministries, Life Academy's Math and Science Institute, and Adoption Advocates. He is a technology advisor to Congressman Adam Smith (D-WA).
Wende Jones is a native Oregonian and has spent most of her life in the Pacific Northwest. She is the founder
and CEO of Agile Business Services, a software development company that focuses on building applications for the web and mobile devices. Wende leads a team of engineers to develop and implement
innovative technology solutions for their clients. Wende is a Certified Management Consultant and she takes time with her clients to assess their needs and develop innovative ideas that reduce costs,
improve productivity and increase efficiency to ensure they get the best solution and the most return on their investment. Agile Business Services has been awarded the Top 100 Fastest Growing
Private Companies in Oregon twice in the last 5 years.
Wende graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Finance. She spent twenty years in the Healthcare field where she was Director of Operations and CFO of a large physical therapy/rehabilitation company. While there, she successfully implemented a new data entry system for medical billing which streamlined processes and reduced operational costs by over 40%. This began her transition into the world of technology. She went to work for a software development firm to expand her skills and understanding which led her to starting her own company.
Wende serves her local community by volunteering as the Chairman of the board for the Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest and Secretary of the board for Nehemiah Project International Ministries and other outreach activities and speaking engagements. Wende possesses a strong desire to see other business owners excel and build sustainable and profitable businesses. She is an accomplished speaker and business consultant and loves to speak to audiences regarding God’s kingdom, His purposes for their lives and how to apply supernatural acceleration to their assignments in business to glorify God and advance His kingdom.
Wende enjoys spending time with her husband Lance and their 3 daughters and several grandchildren along with the rest of their family members who all reside close by. Wende is an avid ATV rider and snow boarder and loves the outdoors.
Dr. Doug Atha
Dr. Doug L. Atha is a Canadian pastor, apostle, and professor. He was until recently Senior Pastor and Executive Director for The Oasis Group of Ministries, a parachurch organization that includes a church, an alcohol and drug addiction center, a commercial leasing office, an affordable housing project, and a daycare center. He is now an Assistant Professor at Trinity Western University, Langley, British Columbia, Canada. He holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Western University.
Dave Dormier is a Registered Professional Engineer and brings 28 years of commercial and industrial
engineering project management, design, and regulatory permitting expertise. Dave has been the senior project manager on a number of multimillion-dollar projects in the Pacific Northwest.
Dave’s expertise is to take a project from concept, through strategic planning, obtain required regulatory permitting, lead multi-discipline design teams through detailed design, construction
contracting and management, and finish the project through commissioning.
Dave’s ministry has been to support the next generation by serving as a youth pastor team with his wife, 15 years of 4-H youth leadership in Equine and Dog herdmanship, Special Olympics, and PTA projects. Dave is also part of a new Nazarene church plant in Washington State and also serves on the church board with his wife.
Dave also served for 4 years as the Secretary of the Pierce County Republican Party. He was Chairman of the Pierce County Republican Party Platform Committee and Candidates Committee, served on the Washington State Republican Party Platform Committee, and was elected as an alternate delegate to the 2016 National Republican Party Convention. As Chairman of the Candidates Committee, he developed a handbook for individuals looking to run for political office for the first time and to have all the tools needed to win. Dave is a current and 4-term Washington State elected Precinct Committee Officer.
Dave’s greatest honor has been to have a healing gift ministry and to be able to serve with a Dead Raising Team ministry. According to Dormier, “Nothing is more powerful in the life of a follower of Jesus Christ than to be associated with other believers such as these in KCIA, that can encourage you and challenge you to take your relationship with Jesus to depths you never imagined possible.”
Ruth Lum is an apostle, prophet, entrepreneur, and ordained minister. She is Production and Promotion Team
Leader at the 8thMountain, a kingdom media business. She is also a certified leadership speaker, teacher, and coach on the John Maxwell Team. She is a certified Life Coach. She is a Dream Interpreter
on Barbie Breathitt’s dream interpretation team. She is a Crisis Responder with Crisis Response International. She is a Golden Rule Ambassador with iChange Nations. She is also a Watchman on the Wall
for Israel with Eagles’ Wings Ministries, which works closely with the government of Israel. In KCIA, she serves as Membership Team Chair and Board Secretary.
She holds a Doctor of Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute, and a Master of Divinity from Gateway Seminary. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Philosophy, from the University of California in Irvine. She also graduated from Barbie Breathitt’s School of Dream Interpretation.
Her experience includes serving as Team Director in Apostolic Intercessors Network (AIN) and as a personal watchman and intercessor for several ministry leaders. She has also served as a video editor at Voice of the Light Ministries. She was a Youth Pastor of middle school and high school students as well as a Piano Teacher. She has also served as a Crisis Counselor as well as a Mentor of incoming Crisis Counselors at The Crystal Cathedral.
Her passion is to align people from different generations and from different nations to work together for the advancement of the Lord’s kingdom.
Charlie Fisher is a Canadian strategy advisor and investor. He is President of K.E.Y.S. (Kingdom Economic Yearly Summit) Network, a yearly international network gathering the Church and marketplace leaders to connect and strategize in order to reclaim the seven societal mountains (or cultural spheres). He is the Founder and President of Guiding Business Transitions (GBT), a corporate strategy, board governance, investor relations, and business development consulting firm. He was the former owner of Compu-Seller, which provided computer sales, training, servicing, and networking.
Dr. Bill Manduca
Dr. Bill Manduca is a passionate visionary and strategic leader. He holds a Doctorate degree in Strategic Leadership and he is now an international consultant, a coach, a speaker and a writer. He is the owner of The Vantage Point Group, LLC and provides consultation, coaching, and training to businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and individuals. He specializes in strategic planning, strategic foresight, organizational design and performance, leadership, professional development, and Internet systems and marketing. He also served in the US Navy. He is currently living in Mississippi.
Carlton Reed is an American conference speaker, business consultant, and author. He is Founder and President of Carlton Reed Seminars, a training workshop seminar that helps personal and group leadership performance. Some of Carlton Reed Seminar clients include Regent University, the United States Marine Corps, the National Security Agency, the Washington Post, and Verizon Wireless. He is the author of the book, Weapons of Mass Production.
Dan Dean is an Apostle with a seer prophet’s anointing, husband, father, grandfather, and now great
grandfather. He was born in Iowa he served in the U. S. Navy, for 24 years and retired as a veteran during several conflicts the last one being in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003-2004 in
Kuwait. In addition to serving in the Navy, primarily in the Ready Reserve, he worked at Nike for seventeen years with various out sourced IT companies. He was promoted to Operations Manager for
North America for his last assignment, in support of Nike IT.
Dan has traveled around the world to many countries through his Navy career as well as for business. He lived in Greece for a year and Italy for a year and half. He has traveled to Japan, Philippines, Brazil, Kuwait, Egypt, Kenya, Mexico, and Canada.
In 2006, he founded Oregon School of the Prophets, teaching and mentoring prophets in the prophetic calling including, “Prophetic Ethics”. In October 2016, Son Rise Cultural Center was founded to present Kingdom principles, protocol, and technologies. Danny also serves as a Courts of Heaven Navigator to lead a team in numerous heavenly court rooms experiences.
He carries a passion for the Native American people of North America and served as Co-Director of Four Directions Cultural Center in Tacoma alongside a Blackfeet elder. This passion carries over to see the illusion of race removed from our hearts and minds.
Today Dan and his wife, Cheryl, live in Yakima Washington and they are working to see transformation come to the state of Washington with Kingdom principles.
Dr. Sharon Billins
Dr. Sharon Billins is the daughter of the late Bishop Albert Jackson and the late Evangelist Thomasina
Jackson. She is the CEO and Founder of Palm Tree International Ministries, Inc. which serves as the spiritual covering for many churches, businesses, and ministries. She is the Senior Apostle of The
REMNANT Church of Columbus, Georgia and The Remnant Church of Tallahassee, Florida. Dr. Billins is the President and Founder of The SAMUEL School of the Prophets which boasts an enrollment of 120
Pastors and ministers from 5 different states.
She holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Florida State University, and an honorary doctorate from All Nations of the World College. She has two children, Prophetess Tiffany Nicole McBride who is 31 years old and is a graduate of Columbus State University, MBA and is employed as a Community Affairs Director for Virginia College and Norris Billins Jr. who is 24 years old and is an anointed drummer, and son-in-love, Deacon Demetrius McBride. Dr. Billins worked as a Chemical Engineer for ten years and has taught in the Public School System. She has over 35 years experience in management, supervision and training. She is a past business owner having been the CEO of Diversified Training Systems. She has worked as a Consultant/ Instructor for the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education and the Pastoral Institute Business Resource Center. She also served as a Hospital Chaplain at St. Francis Hospital and is a graduate of the Clinical Pastoral Education Unit at St. Francis Hospital. She is also a graduate of the Pastoral Care Specialist Program at the Turner Clergy Center of the Pastoral Institute. Reverend Billins served as the first female President of the Muscogee County Clergy Association from 2001-2002. She also served as the Chairperson of the Columbus Prison Task Force.
She is an outstanding speaker and energetic professional who is committed to service. She has hosted conferences and workshops and has presented at many local events. Reverend Billins is active in community affairs and has sat on the Board of Directors and Governing Councils for many community organizations some of which are the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, West Central Georgia Practice & Research Consortium for Substance Abuse Treatment & Prevention, Federal Emergency Food & Shelter Task Force, The Mayors Commission on Diversity, 100 Women on the Move, the Concharty Council of Girl Scouts, Civilian & Military Council, Leadership Columbus, International Friendship Ministries, Easter Seals, the Muscogee County Clergy Association, and the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance.

Dr. Karl Bandlien
Dr. Karl Bandlien is originally from Norway and received his basic medical training in Europe. After
serving as a Flight Surgeon in the Norwegian Air Force, he received specialty training in General and Trauma Surgery in Detroit, Michigan and subsequently did further Fellowship Training and Research
in the field of Organ Transplantation.
While serving as Chief of Surgery at Westland Medical Center in Detroit, Dr. Bandlien led the effort of establishing a “National Disaster Team” for the State of Michigan as part of the “National Disaster Medical System” (NDMS) organizing disaster medical response to all major natural disasters in 50 states and the islands.
As President of “Healthcare Christian Fellowship” (HCF) of Michigan Dr. Bandlien has subsequently led multiple Medical Relief Missions worldwide in response to natural disasters, including the Indonesian Tsunami and the Haitian Earthquake.
Dr. Bandlien is also a member of the International Executive Board of “Healthcare Christian Fellowship International” (HCFI) based in South Africa. HCFI is active in over 100 nations around the world.
As President of the “Global Compassion Network” (GCN) and a member of the Steering Group for the “Call2All Organization”, Dr. Bandlien is leading the effort of establishing a worldwide network of organizations involved in medical and other relief efforts with the goal of further expanding our ability to bring hope and healing to underprivileged populations globally.
Recently Dr. Bandlien has had the opportunity to join with Dr. Robert Doe in “Transformation Health Services” (THS) and help organize medical assistance as well as provision of quality pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to the Kurdish Region of Iraq. Dr. Bandlien is also Co-Founder and Vice President of “Transformation Health Network” (THN) which mobilizes health care professionals from around the world to serve in areas of crisis and to assist underdeveloped nations in developing high quality healthcare systems and services.
Dr. Bandlien currently leads the effort of building a network of state of the art faith-based “New Hope Hospitals” and adjacent “Cities of Refuge” to better serve the marginalized population of our inner cities.
Dr. Bandlien is a Founding Member of “Kingdom Congressional International Alliance” where he serves as Co-Chair of their “Science-Technology & Healthcare Committee.”
Dr. Gary Sorensen
After receiving a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Science in Urban Planning,
Dr. Gary Sorensen began his career in the early 1970’s as an Environmental Engineer with the Medical Service Corp, 1st US Army. He returned to complete his Doctorate in Environmental Design.
Over the next 20 years he established a dual role as an environmental consultant and lecturer/professor at Texas A&M University and the University of Tennessee. Dr. Sorensen’s teaching was primarily in the field of engineering materials science to students in architecture, construction science and civil engineering. Research focused on alternative energy utilization, alternative materials, sustainable communities and the environmental impact of construction and building. As a landscape architect and land planner he focused on new business development with clients for housing, recreational and multi-use projects in the Central Texas area.
In 1994 he left Texas A&M to devote fulltime effort to found Ecology Export International (EEI) whose vision was to utilize the advancements in energy and environmental technology to give agricultural and industrial wastes a rebirth for the generation of electrical power and to manufacture building materials for civil construction. In 2000 EEI morphed into Reborne International and he continued to work with consultants and developers interested in creating sustainable built environments that are "green", energy efficient, recyclable, spatially efficient, eco-friendly and whose materials promote good healthy environments and minimize adverse health effects.
For five years he consulted with Environmental & Occupational Health Data Systems (EOHDS) to identify workers who had been exposed to carcinogens in the workplace and developed latent diseases 20-30 years after their exposure. He interviewed some of the leading researchers in toxicology and toxicogenomics.
In 2007 he and Howard L. Selman created the Living Space (LSI) which focused on re-adaptive housing and creating multi- purpose sustainable communities. To promote LSI Sorensen’s Reborne International and Selman’s Global Gathering companies joined together to form the Reborne Global Trust. Sorensen and Selman are the Founding Trustees of the nonprofit.
In 2012 Sorensen founded ThermoNeutronics, LLC to fulfill a lifetime vision in solar/thermal and neutron energy and in 2013 co-founded the Marcellus Shale Water Group, LLC to address the restoring and recycling of water and recovery of resources from oil and gas shale waters.
In 2014 Reborne Global Trust is laying the foundation for the Reborne Global Trust Evergreen Fund to provide “seed money for equity” for embryonic global impacting technologies in the focused areas of energy, water, health and LSI communities.
Dr. James Brewton
Dr. James Brewton is an ordained Bishop and Apostle, and is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Community
Empowerment Ministries, Inc., located in Estill, South Carolina, and Community Empowerment Family Worship Ministry, Inc., located in Claxton, Georgia, in partnership with Global Effect Movers &
Shakers Network (GEMS) – Dr. Gordon E. Bradshaw, President. He is a founding father of the Allendale County Transformers (ACT), a collaboration of personnel representing every segment of community
life, whose mandate is to transform the current mindsets and environments from poverty and complacency to one of activity, achievement, growth, and success.
Dr. Brewton has been a minister of the Gospel of the Kingdom for 25 years, and has served as Chaplin for the Allendale County (S.C.) Sheriff’s Department and advisory member of the Sheriff’s Task Force on Gang Violence. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors for Allendale County First Steps and has served as coordinator of several community activities for youth, involving recreation and other forms of social networking.
He is the “Goodwill Ambassador” for GEMS Network, a member of the SCOPEVision Group and the Tactical Application Team (TAC). In addition, Dr. Brewton is a member of KCIA (Kingdom Congressional International Alliance) in which he serves as Director of The Executive Strategic Intercession Team and is the Chairman of the Commission on Cultural and Social Reformation. He is an Inductee – Elect (Ambassador) for the Golden Rule Alumni recognized by the United Nations, and is an apostolic advisor to several leaders, organizations and corporations locally, nationally and internationally.
Dr. Brewton is a former program counselor and coordinator of two federally funded education programs at Florida A&M University. He also served there as an assistant professor of history, Coordinator of Student Financial Aid, and radio voice of the university’s basketball programs.
Dr. Brewton holds a bachelors degree in History and a Masters degree in Public Management from Florida A&M University. The Honorary Doctor of Divinity degree was conferred upon him by Hope Bible Institute and Seminary in 2013.
He is the author of three books: “A Slave of Circumstance” – 2005; “Back Porch Meditations, Holy Spirit Revelations” – 2012; and, “From Footmen to Horsemen: The Rise of Commissioned, Kingdom-Level Leaders” – 2016. He and his wife, Margie, reside in Allendale, South Carolina.
JoAn Risdon founded Smart Image Media with a desire to offer businesses an effective way
to build their bottom line while defining and refining their brand. She has provided her clients with cutting-edge design, effective branding, and highly personalized customer service for over 30
JoAn leads a team of experts who specialize in increasing revenue and distinguishing businesses through media and development, as well as marketing and sales strategies. She also offers strategic consultation, which includes developing primary goals, policies, and short- and long-range objectives for the organization.

Walt Pilcher is a former CEO of Kayser-Roth Corporation, L’eggs Products (the pantyhose
in the plastic eggs) division of Sara Lee Corporation, and Nihon Sara Lee, KK (Japan). He holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Stanford University. He is a member of Kingdom
Congressional International Alliance (KCIA), has been a church elder and served on the Board of Trustees of Regent University, the Board of Directors of The United Way of Greater Greensboro, and the
Business School Advisory Board at Greensboro College. He currently serves on the boards of The Apostolic Network of Global Awakening, an international evangelistic ministry, and Evergreen Missions,
sharing the Gospel with unreached peoples through indigenous music and education.
Walt is a former Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Regent University Graduate School of Business and has lectured at Wesleyan University, Wake Forest Babcock Graduate School of Management, The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, Greensboro College and the Global School of Supernatural Ministry. It was a First Horizon Award finalist in the 2015 Eric Hoffer Book Award competition and has been developed into a teaching series with an accompanying study guide, Experiencing the Five-fold Effect. His collection of humorous short stories and poetry, On Shallowed Ground, including Dr. Barker’s Scientific Metamorphical Prostate Health Formula® and other Stories, Poems, Comedy and Dark Matter from the Center of the Universe was published in 2016, and his comic novel, Everybody Shrugged, was released in 2018.
Walt and his wife, Carol, an artist, live in Greensboro, North Carolina, have three adult children and six grandchildren and attend Grace Church in High Point, North Carolina.
